Welcome to Skin Cart. By accessing or purchasing from skincart.co.ke, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part, you should not use our website or services.
1. General
Skin Cart operates from Hurligham, Nairobi, SilverPool Office Suites, B26. These terms apply to all visits and transactions, whether online, via WhatsApp, or in person. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the purchase process. Skin Cart reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders if any information appears fraudulent or unauthorized.
3. Product information
We strive to display product colors, descriptions, and ingredients as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings or batch differences. Skin Cart does not guarantee that product descriptions or other content are error‑free, complete, or current. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition in accordance with our Refund & Returns policy.
4. Pricing & payment
All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept payments via the methods shown at checkout. In the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. Your card or payment method will be charged at the time of purchase.
5. Order acceptance & cancellation
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation message (via WhatsApp, email, or both). This does not mean your order has been accepted; it is an acknowledgment. Skin Cart reserves the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: stock unavailability, inaccuracies in product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
6. Shipping & delivery

7. Returns & refunds

9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skin Cart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
10. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nairobi, Kenya.
